Terms & Conditions
1.1 All Products on this website (which are updated and changed regularly) are available for shipping to the UK only.
1.2 All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we will offer a similarly valued item as a replacement. If a replacement is not chosen, we will offer a refund.
1.3 The prices of all products listed on the website include VAT.
2.1 We aim for all orders to be processed within 1-3 business days. However, in the event, this is not possible we will be in touch and offer an alternative product/refund.
2.2 During order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the 'complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Online site.
2.3 Payment at point of sale NOT point of despatch
2.4 Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on the submission of an order.
3.1 Postage is only available within the UK mainland area.
3.2 All mail will be sent through DPD and we aim to have your product delivered within 3-5 business days AFTER your order has been processed. Any delay in shipping is the responsibility of DPD and is unfortunately out of our control.
3.3 We will notify you by email when your product has been posted.
3.4 Anomalies in your submitted personal details may lead to problems or delays in postage. Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including the accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or email address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid delivery address. We will not accept liability if a parcel is lost due to an incorrect delivery address.
4.1 Orders must be cancelled before them being processed.
4.2 To cancel your order, please contact us using the details on our contact page.
5.1 All returns need to be made within 7 days of receiving your item/s.
5.2 We will process refund/replacement upon receiving your returned items.
